15. Bank Guarantee from any nationalized Bank for Rs.100000 (Rupees One Lakh Only) for Mechanized Sailing Vessel (MSVs) attached or not
16. Notarised Copy of agreement between Agent and Foreign Ship Owner / Shipping Company attached or not.
17. Copy of Trade License Certificate issued by DG (Shipping) for Coastal Vessel attached or not
18. Copy of Certificate issued by MMD for MSVs. Vessel is attached or not
19. Custom Clearance Certificate for Foreign Vessel is attached or not.
