Economically Weaker Section Certificate

In pursuance of insertion of clauses 15(6) and 16 (6) in the constitution of India vide the constitution (one Hundred and Third Amendment) Act, 2019 an din order to enable the Economically Weaker Sections (EWSs) who are not covered under the existing scheme of reservations for the Scheduled Castes. The Scheduled Tribes and the Socially and Educationally Backward Classes, too received the benefits of reservation on a preferential basis in civil posts and services in the Government of India and admission in Educational institutions Government of India have notified to provide 10 % reservations to EWSs in Central Government post and services and for admission in educational institution. As per Government of India memorandum in reference 1st citied, persons who are not covered under the existing scheme of reservations for the Scheduled Cates, the Scheduled Tribes and the Socially and Educationally Backward Classes and whose family has a gross annual income below Rs.8.00 Lakh are to be identified as EWSs for the benefits of reservation. The Person whose Family owns or possesses any of the following assets shall be excluded from being identified as EWSs irrespective of the family income i) 5 Acres of Agricultural Land and above ii) Residential flat of 1000 sq.ft and above iii) Residential plot of 100 sq. yards and above in notified municipalities iv) Residential plot of 200sq. yards and above in areas other than the notified municipalities

Royalty of Earth Cutting / Renewal

Applicants or Government department who wants to do earth cutting his / her / government land needs to get a permission from Andaman & Nicobar Administration that person can apply Royalty for earth cutting service. (Non-Resident of Andaman Can’t apply this service)

1. An affidavit in prescribed format duly executed before the Executive Magistrate the applicant
2. Approved building plan
3. Copy of letter of award of work
4. Latest Record Entry & Sketch Map of dumping site(3 months)
5. Latest Record Entry and Sketch Map of extraction site(3 months)
6. Mention the quantity of earth to be extracted / dumped (in cbm)
7. NOC from the recorded tenant of extraction site
